I’m a diasabled adult living alone in a rural community where there’s no taxis or Ubers. I need to be able to go to Dr appointments and to pick up meds. I don’t have family that Nivea close much less a large family. It’s 3 of us. I’m desperate and this is humiliating I don’t know what to do my disability is on 1013 a month
