I’m a Retired American Expat from Rocky Mount NC Living in the Philippines with my Wife May and our son EJ. We are barely getting by on my Social Security benefits, and I need cataract surgery. I’m totally Blind in one eye and worried I may end up blind in the other if I don’t have the surgery soon. I have a doctor and have had all the test; I just don’t have the extra money to get the surgery.
