GUN SHOT VICTIM Hi My name is William Terry. I’m in need of help to pay for reconstructive surgery due to a random gun shot wound. My insurance will only pay 70 percent leaving me with the remaining balance which has to be paid up front before the surgery can be done. Surgery is currently scheduled for June 16,
