Hey everyone, this is Alex, Wanda’s son. Our family is reaching out for a bit of help. In the last few months, my mom has had many health scares, including a heart attack in April and follow-up operations.
Thankfully, she made it through and after over a month of hospitalization, she is finally able to come back home.
She is still her loving, amazing self, but unfortunately, with the decline in health, she is not currently mobile or able to get out and about. We do have a weekly nurse and physical therapist, but with the leave of work and all of the mobility issues, my brother Roman and I are struggling to do everything that needs to be done to keep her comfortable and keep our own full-time employment.
Any funds raised will go directly to purchasing:
- Any kind of mobility aids or comfort of living supplies she may need
- Maintaining her home and vehicle
- Purchase of OTC medicines and vitamins to keep her health improving
- Household bills
- Purchase of heart-healthy food
- Continued care
- Transportation to doctor’s appointments and physical therapies
Any amount is a huge help in giving us a hand to get Wanda back on her feet and maintain her comfort as we begin down the path of healing and rehabilitation.
