Sandra Wagner has gone through the process to become a candidate for a bilateral lung transplant at UPMC. She has worked very hard to be eligible for the waiting list and was added! She just received her two new lungs and has been meeting her goals! Unfortunately, she is having some trouble with her nutrition and had to have a peg tube placed. Her insurance does not cover the supplemental nutrition part of it. She is also having to stay longer at UPMC. She is asking for a little help on her journey with her brand new lungs.
