Paige Ruhle was diagnosed with undifferentiated Leukemia on May 7, 2025. The treatment plan is still not set in stone, however, an extended away in Palo Alto at Stanford is a possibility. My name is Jason Croft and I have been friends with Pat, Paige’s dad for over twenty years. I would like to support the Ruhle family with the expenses they are incurring and future expenses if they have to go to Stanford.
The journey began in April when Paige started having headaches and dizziness. It came and went, so the family didn’t think too much of it. On April 29 she woke up so dizzy she couldn’t even go downstairs to get food. She finally managed to go to school. On Thursday she started having fevers of 103 degrees. After four days of fevers she went to Urgent Care. They did a work up and gave her an IV. While at the Nugget the doctor called and said Paige should go immediately to the ER because her white count was very low. Paige was transported to the Pediatric hospital in Sacramento. On May 7 the bone biopsy came back, it was Leukemia. Paige has been given a PICC line, which has helped with the daily poking.
Paige is staying strong, positive and cheerful. Paige is an active participant in her treatment. Enjoying the therapy dogs and making a Team Paige shirt. Team Paige Shirt
Paige also loves other food than hospital food. Doordash gift cards are welcome.
