I would like to start by saying thank you for your support. Asking for help is hard; I’m only asking because I can’t do it alone.
I want you to meet my Aunt Jean. She has been a huge part of my life. There were times she was more like a mother. She was always there no matter what, even when I got in trouble as a teenager. We had a Christmas tradition every year. I would spend the weekend before Christmas with her. We would go shopping, wrap gifts, and watch movies. We always watched It’s a Wonderful Life and A Christmas Story, which I now watch with my family. I was introduced to theater with my aunt, which I have shared with my kids, and they enjoy going to shows and appreciate the work that goes into them. I loved going to her house; there was always something to learn with her. My childhood was so much brighter because of my aunt.
My aunt helps people by tutoring them to learn English. She is kind and very caring. She enjoys educating people; there is so much she can teach you. She is very intelligent and knows so much about life.
She loves animals and always adopts her pets. I have some of the best memories playing with her goats and horseback riding. She wants everyone to have a great time. To know her is to love her. She has been a rock to me while I was growing up and has always been there for me. I have no idea who I would be without her and all her life lessons.
I hate that she now has to fight breast cancer. Because of surgery and recovery, she won’t be able to work. I would like to help her with the stress of paying bills. I know the stress of everyday things also will not be great for her recovery. I wish I could afford to cover all the house bills for my aunt. I would like to ask for any size donation; even $1-$5 would be so appreciated. We are so grateful for any donation and support.
