Hello my name is matia Paige I’m a mother of two beautiful girls 5 and 12 I have recently had my leg amputated due to a flesh eating bacterial infection in my ankle. it happened so quickly I was sent to Little Rock at 6:00 p.m. and my leg was amputated by 11:00 p.m. and at that time I was by myself and I was in the ICU and the girls couldn’t be there with me at this time I cannot work and I am seeking help to help pay bills get food get to appointments cuz I have to go to a wound specialist to Little Rock for the surgeon to look at my leg I want to make sure my car is safe to go to those appointments and I also have to get a new leg eventually I do have a bachelors in early child to development and I was working before this happened and now I can’t work at the time being I did apply for assistance to food stamps and as a sign disability but at this time it’s going to take time.so for now anything helps.I appreciate it and God bless
