Help Support Marcelina’s Breast Cancer Battle
My mom, Marcelina, is the strongest woman I know. She has spent her life working long hours, giving to everyone around her — not just our family, but her community too. She’s a selfless, talented cook who has catered events and brought people together through food and kindness.
Now she’s facing her hardest fight yet: stage 2 aggressive metastatic breast cancer.
Since January, Marcelina has been out of work undergoing chemotherapy. She’s nearly at the end of chemo, but it has taken a major toll. Doctors are preparing for surgery to remove lymph nodes, which will mean more time off as she recovers — and she’s already growing very weak.
Even though she has insurance, medical bills have been piling up for months — from co-pays to medications and procedures that aren’t fully covered. She’s not someone who likes to ask for help, but I know she needs it.
If you’re able to donate — no matter how small — your support will help relieve the financial burden so she can focus on healing and getting stronger. Our family would be incredibly grateful for anything you can give or share.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
