My name is Luz and I am asking for your help. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS, Cholecystitis, Hepatic disease, and renal disease. I am in need of a surgery to remove my gallbladder, which means I have to be out of work for at least 2-3 weeks. I am the sole provider for my 4 children and I have very little support from my family.
