Support Kelly’s Journey to Florida

Hello, I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Roxana, and I’m looking for help in getting my brother Kelly, who resides in a nursing home in Durango, Colorado, to Florida, using a medical transport company. He has chronic medical conditions (Cerebral Palsy, a failing kidney, and requires oxygen, among other issues). Our mother has recently passed away, so I don’t want him left by himself. I have a wonderful nursing home that I work in that can help provide the care that my brother needs, and he will also be surrounded by family that loves him. Any help in making this happen is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
