Hey Friends and Family, it’s Captain Dan.
Over four and a half years ago, our friend, Justin Torrance, had a massive stroke. Since then, he’s faced every challenge with grit, determination, and his trademark sense of humor. He’s never stopped working toward his goal: walking again—and knowing Justin, we have no doubt he’ll get there.
He’s currently doing physical therapy four times a week (most of it out of pocket), and now he’s discovered a promising new treatment that could bring him one step closer. It’s called Etanercept, and while it’s not FDA-approved for stroke recovery in the U.S., it’s gaining attention for its potential to reduce brain inflammation and restore function in stroke survivors.
He’s a fighter, and even small improvements would be life-changing. If you’re able to donate, every dollar helps. And if you can’t give right now, please share this. We’d love your prayers and good vibes for the road ahead.
Thanks for being in Justin’s corner. Let’s help him take the next step—because we know he won’t stop trying.
