Support Jessica’s Cancer Treatment & Recovery Journey.

My name is Jessica. When I say this has been a year of change, boy… it sure has. I found a small lump in July of 2023. I was told it was a cyst… until… almost a year later, I started getting a dent in my breast. A big one. So in June of 2024, after a year of being told I was fine, I started testing… but they still acted like it was no big deal… until I went to the E.R. in August of 2024 and got told I had cancer. I told my grandmother and husband I would fight it. My grandmother had a stroke after being told and passed within 10 days. I was devastated. I had my double mastectomy less than 3 weeks later. Had some complications with recovery and treatment but nothing bad. I thought I’d be great for my next surgery in February. I caught COVID on January 30th. Then, right after my birthday, my uncle Martin (whom I was close with) passed away. Revision/muscle work got rescheduled for June 3rd. Had the surgery; less than 2 weeks later, my cousin passed away. Then we found out we need to possibly travel for my husband’s job because his regular job got shut down. I thought my insurance had paid most of my bills, but we had a few unexpected large medical ones come in. I hate asking for help normally, but we’re struggling a little… so any little thing helps and is really amazing. I am doing pretty good with recovery and expect to be bell ringing next month. All support is highly appreciated. Thank you, everyone, so much!!❤️

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
