My name is Isabella Santarelli, and I’m reaching out to you today with a heartfelt request for help. For the past 5 years, I’ve been living with debilitating back pain due to bulging discs and pinched nerves. This chronic pain has significantly impacted my life, making it difficult to care for my children and nearly impossible to work.
My doctor has recommended surgery as the best option to alleviate my pain and restore my mobility, allowing me to finally return to a normal and active life. While I am hopeful about the prospect of living pain-free again, the cost of the surgery, along with the related medical expenses, is substantial and beyond my current financial means.
This is where I’m humbly asking for your support. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in helping me afford this much-needed surgery. The funds raised will go directly towards surgical costs, anesthesia, hospital fees, physical therapy.
Getting this surgery would mean the world to me and is very last min. Unfortunately we are needing funds by Tuesday June 17th at the latest. It would allow me to be able to start cooking again, be physically active with my children and finally be able to attend nursing school!
