Recently, Robert’s life has taken a difficult turn. He is going through a divorce and struggling to navigate the legal system, especially since his disabilities make it hard for him to understand complex legal matters. He cannot work and has been denied access to financial resources by his spouse. On top of this, Robert has endured both mental and physical abuse, including a broken hand, and was forced to live out of a suitcase for over a month before being moved into an apartment he did not want. He also recently underwent quadruple bypass surgery, making this time even more challenging.
