On June 11th, Tweety passed away due to an eye tumor. He was a rescue parrot I took in after his original owner passed. In his previous home, he never got to leave his cage or bond with people. But once he came into my life, we gave him love and attention, and he quickly became part of the family. About a year ago, Tweety developed an eye tumor, and I’ve been covering his treatment on my own ever since. I lost my job this week, and with graduation approaching, the financial burden has become overwhelming. If you’re able to contribute, anything would help with his vet bills and cremation costs.
