Our daughter Evelynn is almost 8 months old and was recently diagnosed with Lambdoid Craniosynostosis, a rare condition that requires specialized care. The journey to her diagnosis has been overwhelming—Evelynn has had to undergo multiple CT scans, and each appointment means traveling four hours from our home. The long trips and frequent medical visits have taken a toll on our family, both emotionally and financially.
Right now, Evelynn needs more tests with an ophthalmologist to check for potential brain swelling before her surgery can be scheduled. The uncertainty and waiting are difficult, but we are doing everything we can to make sure she gets the best care possible. My husband is the primary breadwinner for our family, and he has had to take significant time off work for Evelynn’s appointments. This has made it even harder to keep up with travel costs and everyday expenses.
We are reaching out for support to help cover the costs of travel, lost income, and the ongoing medical care Evelynn needs. Any help will make a real difference for our family as we navigate this challenging time and work toward Evelynn’s recovery.
