As some of you may know, my husband, David Antu, was recently diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer—a shocking and heartbreaking diagnosis that has deeply shaken our family. Despite the weight of this news, we are holding on to faith over fear as we face the road ahead. David needs to begin immunotherapy immediately, along with a companion medication, but unfortunately, his insurance is covering very little. We’re now faced with significant upfront medical costs just to start treatment, along with ongoing expenses for medications, doctor visits, and related care.
Due to the seriousness of his condition, David has had to step away from his full-time job so he can focus fully on healing. I’m doing everything I can to manage our household, finances, and care for our children while also supporting David through this battle.
