Hello, my name is Daniel. I am 47 years old. In 2015, I lost my right leg due to a diabetic ulcer. Then, in 2018, I had multiple heart attacks. In 2019, I lost my left leg and the vision in my left eye. In 2021, I suffered 2 more heart attacks, and in 2023, I ended up on dialysis with heart failure and coronary artery disease. Surgery brought me a bit of a chance at life by doctors putting 5 stents in my arteries. But now, I have more issues with my heart. I am currently at Arrowhead Hospital in Colton waiting on my doctor to determine if I need heart surgery.
