Our family is starting this fundraiser for my Uncle Connie Watkins. He has spent so long in pain and barely able to walk and care for his daily needs. He finally just had the first of two surgeries on his back, which will hopefully help him gain his strength and mobility back. The first surgery went well, but recovery will be a long process, including rehabilitation at a skilled nursing facility.
