My brother, Cameron, and his wife, Scarlett, were in a horrific motorcycle accident Tuesday night in Graysville, AL. A midsize SUV hit them and my brother was pinned underneath the front of the vehicle.
Cameron has a broken left arm, multiple fractures in his pelvis, bladder trauma, broke right foot, broke tailbone & bruised/partially collapsed lung. He has an external fixator for his pelvis & will be no weight bearing for a minimum of 12 weeks.
Scarlett sustained a broke femur, broke pelvis, broke arm, broke tailbone, and trauma to her bladder. She will also be no weight bearing. They will be coming home in wheelchairs & have hospital beds at home with a hoist to help us get them in/out of bed.
With the extent of their injuries they will be unable to work for atleast 4-6 months. Neither of them have any type of disability policies, so they will have no income.
We need all of the prayers we can get and we want to spread awareness for motorcycle riders. Always double check to make sure there isn’t a motorcycle coming. There is someone’s loved one on that bike. If there is anyone willing/wanting to make donations they are MUCH appreciated.
