Austin King, my boyfriend, was recently involved in a serious motorcycle accident that changed everything for us. He was airlifted to UVA and spent several days in the hospital, receiving critical care for his injuries. The accident has left him unable to return to his job, which involves physical labor, so he currently has no income to rely on while he recovers.
Now that Austin is home, he faces a long road to recovery. On top of the hospital bills, he’s struggling to keep up with rent, utilities, and groceries. The financial stress is overwhelming, and it’s making his healing process even more challenging.
