#strokesurvivor

Hi everyone. My name is Annalize and i am asking for donations for myself. So i had a stroke at 27, three weeks before i turned 28. I was also pregnant at the time, a full 29 weeks. I had high blood pressure and was using medication for it. Me and my husband went for a docter appointment and afterwards we went to greet my dad at his home. That is when this awful thing happened… I had my stroke. My husband rushed me to the hospital and he learned i had a stroke. From then on, everything went downwards. I was moved to another hospital in another town because the hospital did not have the necessary equipment to taka care of me. I was is ICU for almost 2 weeks. Unfortunately my blood pressure did not go down and they had to do a c-section on me. A beautiful baby boy was born. Because of all the thing wrong with mommy, he had a brain bleed and only lived one day.

From then on, everything just spiraled out of our hands, my husband had to work, while i could not even go to the toilet. Our finances also plumped as i could no longer work.

That is why i am asking for help today. I still need some physio therapy and speech therapy, because we cant cover the house, my 8 year old daughters school, living expenses and the medical treatment i need.

If you can find it in your heart to fund us, i would have no words to say thank you, but i will be forever great full. And thank you for reading my storie.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
