Jeremy Shortt has spent his entire adult life coaching and mentoring the kids in our community. Now he is doing the same with the youth in Florida and is thankful for every opportunity he has been given..he loves you all and is thankful for all of the memories and medals…

Coach Shortty is now in the gold bracket finals and losing goal differences.. (he thought that was very funny) Seriously though.. Jeremy is facing serious heart failure and his condition has worsened quickly. He’s now facing possible long-term treatment and even a transplant evaluation. Between hospital stays, medication, and travel for care, the costs are overwhelming.
