Hello, my name is Jonathan Crouthamel. I am 18. I was adopted and put into a bad home that did not care what would happen to me. They kicked me out the day after I turned 18.

A week before I got kicked out of my house, I was diagnosed with severe lung cancer. I have no income as I can’t find a job. I don’t want to die, and I’m scared to leave my girlfriend (the one in the photo) alone. I have 2 younger brothers that are my biological brothers, whom I have finally met. They love me, and I love them.
