As beautiful as life can be, it can also be equally as challenging. My dear friends need help. Anyone who knows Trent and Brandie Swift knows how incredibly hardworking, honest, kind, and generous they are. They are always the first to show up, without question, to help. It’s now time to show up for them and return the generosity.
Trent was recently diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. It’s going to be a challenging road, but Trent is strong and determined to fight for his beautiful wife and boys, Gunnar (11) and Oaklee (6). Unfortunately, we all know how expensive cancer care is, along with the countless appointments and treatments. Working will be challenging for not only Trent but also for Brandie, who is his constant companion and caregiver. She is his biggest advocate and will not leave his side.
Another challenge the family faces is that on the day of testing for Trent, his truck wouldn’t start. They found out just a few days later that the engine would need to be replaced at the cost of $11,500. We have all heard the saying, “When it rains, it pours.” It’s now time for us to be Trent and Brandie’s umbrella. I truly believe that this world is filled with kind and generous people. So, I am asking on behalf of a remarkable family, to please donate. Every single donation, whether it’s $1 or $1,000, will make a difference and help lighten their load. I also ask that you add Trent, Brandie, Gunnar, and Oaklee to your prayers.
