Hi, my name is Faith Gibbons, and I’m starting this fundraiser to support one of my favorite people on this earth – my daddy, Steaven Wappat. Steave is a loving and devoted husband, father, and papa. He is a pillar of strength and a huge source of joy in our family, and to anyone who knows him. He is facing a difficult and scary battle, but we are determined to stay strong, to fight together, and to rest in the joy and power of our miraculous, healing and loving God.
On Monday June 9th, Steaven was diagnosed with skin cancer. He is currently awaiting his referral packet to begin undergoing treatment at Roswell. The expected cost of treatment can range from $1,500 to $12,000+ and we are working hard to cover those costs, along with the costs of their every day needs. (House payments, animal expenses, food, bills, etc.) My dad has been working with me, but we anticipate a lot of necessary time off for him when he begins his treatment.
We have set a current goal of $7,000 to help cover treatment, transportation to and from Roswell, medical bills, medication costs, and more. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference in my dad’s journey, and in reducing any added stress to my parent’s lives.
