Hi, my name is Angela, and I’m fundraising on behalf of my mom, Mary, who is going through the most difficult time of her life.
Just recently, my mom lost her beloved significant other — her partner, best friend, and main support. As she’s been trying to cope with this heartbreaking loss, we were hit with even more devastating news: she has a brain aneurysm and needs surgery to remove it before it becomes life-threatening.
She’s grieving, scared, and overwhelmed — and now also facing an enormous financial burden. The cost of surgery, follow-up care, and time off work is more than she can manage on her own. With everything happening at once, she needs help — emotionally, physically, and financially.
My mom has always been strong for everyone else, but now she needs a community to be strong for her.
