hi, my name is Banjo Bob( Robert A Smith) on Friday the 13th our beloved dog pica chose( no matter my fault) to chase a bicycle that was across the road. At that moment a pickup truck was driving on the same road in the other direction.Pica suffered extreme and severe injuries. Luckily her internal organs were intact and there was no apparent head trauma. However her pelvis was broken in several places.We were advised to consider humane euthanasia.As our lack of pet insurance and the ensuing cost would be substantial. We couldn’t do it, she’s only 5.(anyone who knows pica might understand) She required 13 pins and 2 plates.we brought her home yesterday and we hope she can live a long and happy life❤️ Any contributions would be greatly appreciated, thank you
