Hi. My name is Ashley and I am starting a fundraiser for my father in law Darcy who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer 4 months ago. About a year ago Darcy had a terrible accident where he broke his back and was left unable to work or move for months. Shortly, one year after this accident occurred and was still not back at work then came this horrible diagnosis. Darcy is the backbone in this family. He is such a caring loveable man and has and will do anything for anyone. This diagnosis has placed him and his wife in financial hardship. With things quickly getting worse and more treatments needed more frequently his wife deanne has not been able to work as she is caring for him around the clock.
Anyone who knows Darcy knows he would be there to help. Now it’s our time to help. He should be able to try and go through this with as least worry as possible.
