Hi. My name is Charmisha Clay, but everyone calls me Misha. I’m in desperate need for help. I was diagnosed with systemic lupus. Every since then life has been breaking me down slowly. Right now I’m battling sepsis and pneumonia . It’s has taken over me. On top of everything lupus and damaged my kidney, so now I’m on PD dialysis. I’m asking for someone anyone to please help me .
