Medical surgery for brain tumour coverage

Hi,

My name is Xander. I have a very good friend who is in transition of getting a residency soon here in Ottawa and unfortunately had eye surgery recently and used up his emergency funds for that. Soon after, he was diagnosed with a big tumour in his head and his sister who is out of town cannot help out financially. I am begging someone who has a little spare chance to help cover the cost of the surgery and to give him a second chance at life. It would mean the world to me. Thank you for any consideration. 🙂
