Medical bills abound after 4 surgeries, disabled but working

I fell at work 4 years ago, comminuted fracture of right calcaneus. Employer tried to keep it under the table. Delayed my initial surgery by two weeks. Surgeon Paul Defrino not only improperly installed the first round of hardware but deliberately inflicted pain on me and proceeded to chuckle and tell me ” suck it up buttercup”. Asked if I could switch doctors and I was allowed by law.Dr. Paul Basile worked with me for over three years he is amazing. Unfortunately he had to remove the original hardware as they were not positioned correctly. Three additional surgeries, a diagnosis of Complex regional pain syndrome and I believe disability is inevitable. The pain is so great it’s affected my performance and my attendance at work. I’m buried up to my neck and the debt never seems to shrink. This by far my lowest point to date. My mental health issues, my meds my asthma inhaler all have become luxuries I cannot afford.
