Kathy Needs Dental Implants Due to Illness

Hi, my name is Kathy. I am in desperate need of dental implants. My teeth have already been extracted, and I am waiting for my gums to finish healing so I can get dentures, but there’s a problem. The dentures won’t work for me because of chronic diseases that I have. I live with lupus, Sjogren’s, and other autoimmune diseases that affect my everyday life. My dentist said that I will be unable to wear dentures because of Sjogren’s, as I don’t have enough saliva to make them work, so implants are my only choice.

The thing is, I can’t afford them because I am on SSI Disability and Medicaid. Medicaid won’t pay for implants, and being on SSI, I don’t get enough money to hardly pay all my monthly bills as it is. I am praying and reaching out to everyone to see if I can raise enough money to get the desperately needed implants so I can eat again, smile again. My Sjogren’s ruined my teeth. So please, if you could find it in your hearts to donate, it will all go straight to the dentist that does the implants.

Some of the pictures were from right after they extracted my teeth. The bruising lasted almost 2 months. I can’t believe I am actually doing this and making a fundraiser page, but here I am. I guess when you have nowhere else to turn, this is what an honest person does, praying for a miracle to get what you so definitely need. God bless all of you who give, and those who can’t, please say a prayer for me. If anyone has any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. I’d be more than happy to give you the answer. Thanks in advance!

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
