As some of you may know, Max Roesler(my Dad) was recently diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS). This disorder puts him at increased risk of developing cancer of the bone marrow and has put Dad in the hospital many times in the last few months, leaving him very sick and unable to work.
The plan for Dad is to have a bone marrow transplant, but he needs to get stronger first. Though he will be receiving infusions at the cancer center in the meantime, a bone marrow transplant is still 2-3 months away. That said, I am asking for any help my family can get. My Mom has been missing a lot of work to be with him, and once they set the date for the bone marrow transplant, she will be out of work for a while.
My Dad is a good person and always has stepped up and helped his friends and family with no questions asked. Please help Max get better. All donations will go to his medical expenses.
