Hi my name is Debbie and I am looking for funding for my medical expenses, my medical equipment, my medications, my transportation, and for my 24 hr care.
I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer non curative on December 21 2023.
Last Monday I received the results of my MRI and found out that it had spread to my cerebellum in both the right and left side plus I have another spot on my brain.
Every single day I struggle with my memory, my balance, my bouts of hypothermia, my strength, my vision, my eating and choking, my lack of sleep.I have to have someone move in with me full time to help care for me and tend to the tasks that I’m not able to do on my own.
I currently have PSWs, nurses and social workers and occupational therapists come to my home regularly.
I am a grandmother of 5 and they all call me “Dan” not Nan or Grandma or Nannie.. In my area they all know me as Dan.
