Help Us Rebuild After Medical Misstep

My fiancé was the victim of a bad hysterectomy by Dr. Samuel Chacon in Reno, NV, about 7 years ago. The doctor has, as of this week, reached a plea deal with the medical board to suspend his license for 5 years. A slap on the wrist and really pretty offensive to the ladies who have been hurt by him.

My fiancé has been diagnosed with PTSD and still suffers from pain. She hasn’t been able to work since her surgery. We are looking to start a new life and put this behind us now that the doctor has at least been punished some and my fiancé has some sort of acknowledgment from the state of this malpractice.

I don’t think that we will see any money from the state or former Dr. Chacon. Thanks for your consideration.
