Hi, my name is Aylin Hernandez. I am raising money for my dad Jose Hernandez.
On April 30th, our beloved father suffered a terrible accident at work when he fell from a 20-foot-high roof. The impact left him with a hemorrhage on the right side of his brain, an epidural hematoma on the left, and a fractured rib. He is currently non-verbal, has a feeding tube, and is on a tracheostomy to assist with breathing.
This sudden tragedy has completely changed our lives. Our dad is not only a hard worker — he’s a loving grandfather, a devoted father, and the kind of person who always made sure his family was taken care of. He’s someone who never hesitated to lend a hand or share a smile. He’s left a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to know him.
We are creating this fundraiser to help cover the medical expenses, medication, and emergency support he now needs. The funds will also help with travel costs as our family navigates hospital visits and the long road to recovery. We don’t have a set goal — anything helps, and every donation brings us one step closer to easing the burden on our family during this incredibly difficult time.
