My fiancé Josh was recently hit by a car while walking in Arkansas and is now in the hospital with serious leg injuries. The accident has left him with significant medical expenses, and the emotional toll has been overwhelming. Josh is feeling scared and uncertain about his recovery and the future, and our family is struggling to cope. While he is able to have visitors, it’s difficult for his family to travel due to financial constraints.
