Hello everyone, hopefully anyone reading my post is doing well. Me and my family never ask for anyone’s help till now. For the past 3 years, my mother has been dealing with severe glaucoma due to her diabetes. Recently, she’s been having some vision loss, dealing with really high pressure in her left eye. Due to these complications, she needs a tube shunt and Phaco surgery, for which we need $18,000 just for the procedure.
My mother only works one job, making enough for all her medication and doctor’s visits. My brother and I try to help with the medicine she needs now, but medical bills just keep piling up, and she has no access to insurance due to her status. We can’t keep holding off this surgery; if not, she will end up losing her left eye. Any donation will be highly appreciated.
