Help Sarah Walker Reach Her Surgery

Hello, my name is Sarah Walker. I work at Walmart and I am in one of their Center of Excellence programs. They offer knee replacement surgery at certain facilities in the country. I am having my surgery on July 17th, 2025. I need help with a rental car because I am in North Carolina and I have to go to Jacksonville, Florida. I am also bringing my two kids. Walmart has done wonderful with the gas, food for me and my husband, and paid for the entire surgery. I thank you in advance for funding and supporting me.
