Hello,

I have a hard time asking ,So here it goes I had skin cancer on left side of nostril area down & into center of chin , Dealt with that with out surgery ..So far still have a new nodule on jaw line again left side , End of May started having shortness of breath not feeling “Just Right” trip to er All Ok 8 weeks later heart attack they did the stent left & roto rooter accordingly..LoL trying to keep some humor.

Went in for follow up with PCP bloodwork showing prostate issues ,early signs of Parkinson’s which is becoming an issue as I don’t have insurance to cover I lost it due to paperwork issues trying to regain coverage ,So for the last 10 months been paying ,running ot of funds cant make mortgage ..didn’t even have $ for supper the other night made a “prison goulash”

So that is the gist of it any & all help is welcome I have never done this so dont know what to do but know I want to live… Just need some room to breathe
