My name is Nicole and i’ve recent lost my job due to declining health. I was working part-time at a hotel after they cut my hours from full-time to part-time, so my health insurance that I had was taken away. I could not afford health insurance or to pay out of pocket for the tests and devices needed to try and improve my health.

I’ve been unemployed for almost half a year now and have had to ask a family member to let me stay with them. If anyone could help me out with acquiring the funds to see a doctor, it would be greatly appreciated.
