Hello, I’m Mya. I just moved to Iowa to live with my grandma and cousin. I am a type one diabetic and I haven’t found work yet. I need help. I am running out of my life-saving medication known as insulin. I just need money to get my prescription from the pharmacy. There are other things I need as well. I need more soap and a new hairbrush. I need underclothes and some medicine for my toothache. I have an infection in my gums. I’m trying to raise money so I don’t have to worry about my medication for a while until I can work. I also want to pay my father back for helping me out since I got here.
