My name is Mumtaz Noorani, and I am reaching out with a heart full of hope and urgency. I have been battling breast cancer for the past couple of years and it has been the toughest fight of my life. Despite all our efforts, the cancer has now started to spread to other parts of my body, and the road ahead has become more difficult than ever.
My family and I have done everything we can to manage the emotional and financial toll of this illness. We’ve been strong, resilient, and hopeful. But now, we are at a point where we can no longer do it
