Help Me Move for Life-Saving Neck Surgery

I need a neck surgery due to an auto injury from a drunk driver and bad legal help. My attorney forged documents and settled the case as civil, leaving me with thousands in medical debt and a need for neck surgery. My work doesn’t cover FMLA, and I have to move to a new state to doctors who can do my surgery.

The system has wiped me out and I need help to move. I need help for housing, and I have to sell my car I can no longer drive. My jaw stills need repair work inclining permanent crowns from broken teeth the neck injuries cause paralysis and prevent lymph drainage
