Help Her Fight Cancer and Preserve Hope

I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer on April 30, 2025. It has spread to some lymph nodes.

I have medical bills to pay to meet my high deductible, then the cancer treatments are covered.

It has been a dream of mine to be a mother someday. Chemotherapy would take much of that possibility away.

So, I am going through fertility treatments for egg preservation.

The cost for just the testing and egg retrieval is $5625.The cost for cryopreservation is $80/month starting 9/2025. I tried to get a loan to cover these costs, but didn’t get approved.

These are usually decisions a couple makes together. But I am single right now and hope to get married one day.

So, a good friend offered to help. I would rather pay that person back if possible.

I used most of my saved money, as well.

My job has been supportive with appointments over the last month. I have only worked there less than 7 months, though. This means I don’t qualify for FMLA benefits. I will work as much as I am able but will need time to recover. I will file for short term disability to cover some of my lost pay.

God is bigger than all of this. I trust Him to provide and to heal me as much and as fast as He decides.

My family was blessed through the help of many friend donations after a fire in November 2024. I really didn’t want to ask for help because I don’t want to be greedy.

Friends encouraged me to ask anyway.

So many friends have said, “Let me know how I can help.”

This is one way that you can help.

I don’t know how my journey with cancer treatments will go, but I know that God is covering me.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
