Well I have spent 33 years working in the operating room and just had to have my second cervical spine surgery. I also need lumbar decompression and both knees replaced in the near future. My name is Don Lamb my part of this surgery alone was over 5k plus after I use my time off long term disability surgery will only pay about 67% of my pay and my wife is disabled.
