Help Blake Transition to Better Palliative Care

Hi! I’m Blake and I have End Stage Liver Disease (cirrhosis). I am 7 months sober and have been fighting for the past two years to be approved for a liver transplant, but found out it isn’t an option. I’ve decided to move to Oregon to receive better palliative care and hospice. I was a REALTOR for over 25 years. Sadly, the past two years have produced little to no income. I’m now just trying to survive life, unemployable due to the frequent monthly hospital stays and palliative treatment. I need this financial support to move from Dallas, TX to Oregon where my final time will be a life of dignity and care. I plan to try earning money there by providing coaching and mentorship to real estate agents, and also doing some public speaking to be a “light of hope” to others who might be able to get a transplant and helping other alcoholics and addicts in recovery like myself. I’m grateful for this opportunity but cannot move forward without doing this fundraiser. I love life but am passionate about helping others by always sharing my experiences, strength, and hope.
