Help a Mother During Daughter’s Medical Emergency

Hi, my name is LaQuinta, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a humble request.

My beautiful daughter Nia is currently hospitalized after swallowing a button battery that was hidden inside a small toy from a kids’ party favor. The damage caused by the battery has been serious, and she now needs round-the-clock medical care and monitoring. As her mother, I can’t leave her side. She’s scared, in pain, and needs me now more than ever.

Because I’m staying with her in the hospital, I’m unable to go to work. This has left us in a very difficult position. I don’t have enough money for food, hygiene items, or other basic necessities while I care for my daughter in the hospital. I’m hungry most days, and the stress of not being able to meet even the smallest needs is overwhelming.

I’m asking for any help you can offer—whether it’s $20 or even just sharing this page with others. Every single bit of support makes a difference. The funds raised will go directly to food, personal essentials, and anything Nia may need while she recovers.
